Messages and photos you send us
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address, your messages and the photos you send. We use them only to give you a price, plan the collection and keep a record of the job. WhatsApp itself is run by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep them
We keep messages and photos for as long as we need them for the job and for our accounts, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.
