Bulky waste collection in all 19 Brussels communes

We collect bulky waste in all 19 communes of the Brussels-Capital Region, from a cellar or a room's worth of furniture to the contents of a whole house, and the crew carries everything out of your home. The price works the same way everywhere: it is fixed from your photos before the job, and nothing is added on the day. Each commune has its own section below, including the Recyparks its residents may use.

Bulky waste collection in every Brussels commune

Yes, we take on clearances in every one of the 19 Brussels communes, from Haren in the north to Uccle and Watermael-Boitsfort in the south. The service is identical in each: you send photos and your commune, you get a fixed price, and a two-person crew comes with a box truck at an agreed time.

The crew carries everything out of the cellar, the flat or the house, and what we collect is sorted afterwards for reuse and recycling. The floor, the stairs and whether large pieces need a lift are judged from your photos and built into the fixed price. See how a bulky waste collection works, step by step.

Bulky waste collection prices in Brussels communes

Your commune does not change the price; volume, access and the state of the property do, and weekday jobs cost less than weekend or urgent same-week ones. The price includes the crew, all carrying, the truck and the disposal or recycling fees, and it is never an hourly rate. The usual levels, each fixed from photos before the job, are on our clearance prices page:

  • A small clear-out (a garage, attic, cellar or a room's worth): €250–600
  • A studio or small flat: €250–900
  • An apartment or terraced house: €800–1,550
  • A large family house: €1,500–2,500
  • A very large or long-neglected home: €2,500–5,000+
  • Offices: quoted from photos

Which Recyparks residents of each Brussels commune may use

Four Recyparks, Buda, Demets, Humanité and Sud, are open to every resident of the Brussels-Capital Region, and two more only admit residents of a few communes. Everywhere you need your identity card, a sorted load and a bank card; the Recypark opening hours and rules has the hours. The table shows the sites open to each commune and confirms that we collect in all of them.

Bulky waste collection by Brussels commune

Each section covers our collection in that commune and the Recyparks open to its residents, from official sources.

Bulky waste collection in Anderlecht

We collect bulky waste in every part of Anderlecht, from a cellar or a room's worth of furniture to a full flat. The crew carries everything out of your home, so nothing has to wait on the pavement, and the price is fixed from your photos before we come. See what a collection in Anderlecht costs.

Anderlecht is also home to Recypark Demets, at Quai Fernand Demets 22 on the canal, opened on 8 October 2024. It is open to every Brussels resident from Tuesday to Saturday and closed on Sundays and Mondays. It is one of the two sites that take vehicles over 1.85 m high and city cars with a trailer. Anderlecht residents may also use Buda, Humanité and Sud, but not the restricted sites in Auderghem and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.

Bulky waste collection in Auderghem

We collect bulky waste across Auderghem, carrying sofas, beds, appliances and boxes out of your home. You send photos and tell us the floor, we fix the price, and a two-person crew comes with a box truck at the agreed time. Read how a collection in Auderghem works.

Residents have their own site, Recypark Auderghem, at Chaussée de Wavre 1860, after the Sonian Forest sports centre. It only admits people domiciled in, or with a second residence in, Auderghem, Ixelles, Etterbeek or Watermael-Boitsfort, and only private individuals. The limit is 2 m³ per day, entry is refused above that, and treated wood is refused. Buda, Demets, Humanité and Sud are open to Auderghem residents too, with 3 m³ per day. A whole-house clear-out runs well beyond 2 m³, which is where a collection from your door makes more sense than repeated trips.

Bulky waste collection in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe

Yes, we collect bulky waste in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, from a garage or an attic to the contents of a whole house. The crew lifts and carries everything out of the house, loads the truck and takes the load away for sorting, and the price covers all of that. Clearances start at €250 for a cellar, attic or garage; compare the price levels for larger clearances.

Berchem-Sainte-Agathe has no Recypark of its own. Residents may use the four regional sites open to everyone: Buda in Neder-Over-Heembeek, Demets in Anderlecht, and Humanité and Sud in Forest. Recypark Auderghem and Recypark Woluwe-Saint-Pierre are closed to them. Each regional site takes up to 3 m³ per day, asks for an identity card and accepts payment by bank card only. Without a car, or with a load bigger than one trip, a collection carried out of your home is the simpler route.

Bulky waste collection in the City of Brussels (Laeken, Neder-Over-Heembeek, Haren)

We collect bulky waste across the whole City of Brussels: the centre (1000, including the Louise and European quarters), Laeken (1020), Neder-Over-Heembeek (1120) and Haren (1130). The crew carries items out of flats and houses, and the price is agreed from photos before the day, with upper storeys and any need for a lift for large pieces taken into account. Ask for a price from photos.

Recypark Buda, at avenue Antoon Van Oss 6 near the Buda bridge in Neder-Over-Heembeek, lies within the City and is open to every Brussels resident, with 3 m³ per day. City residents may also use Demets, Humanité and Sud. Since 1 August 2026 the City taxes dumped bulky items at €1,000 per m³, so a sofa left on the pavement outside an official collection quickly becomes expensive; our page on illegal dumping fines in Brussels sets out the rates.

Bulky waste collection in Etterbeek

We collect bulky waste in Etterbeek, from an attic or a spare room to a full apartment clearance, carried out by a two-person crew. Nothing has to go down to the pavement first, and the price is fixed before we come. See the price levels for Etterbeek.

Etterbeek is one of the four communes whose residents may use Recypark Auderghem on Chaussée de Wavre, alongside Auderghem, Ixelles and Watermael-Boitsfort. That site admits private individuals only, with a limit of 2 m³ per day. Buda, Demets, Humanité and Sud are open to Etterbeek residents as well, with 3 m³ per day and payment by bank card only. Recypark Woluwe-Saint-Pierre is not. For anything larger than one car load, or heavier than you can carry, a collection from inside your home avoids the back-and-forth.

Bulky waste collection in Evere

We collect bulky waste in Evere, carrying furniture, appliances and boxes out of your home and taking them away to be sorted. The price includes the crew, the lifting, the truck and the disposal fees, and nothing is added on the day. Read how a collection in Evere works.

Evere has no Recypark of its own. Residents use the four regional sites open to all: Recypark Buda, near the Buda bridge in Neder-Over-Heembeek, Demets in Anderlecht, and Humanité and Sud in Forest. The restricted sites in Auderghem and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre are reserved for other communes. Every Recypark asks you to sort the load before you arrive, and vehicles with unsorted waste are not let in. When the items are too heavy to carry down, or you have no car, we take them as they are and sort them afterwards.

Bulky waste collection in Forest

We collect bulky waste in Forest, from a garage or a cellar to a full house clearance, carried out of your home by our crew. You send photos, get a fixed price, and the crew comes at the agreed time with a box truck. Check what a collection in Forest costs.

Forest has two Recyparks on the same crossroads: Recypark Humanité at Boulevard de l'Humanité 350, and Recypark Sud at Boulevard de la Deuxième Armée Britannique 676. Both are open to every Brussels resident, with 3 m³ per day, and a flat fee of €121 applies above that. Forest residents may also use Buda and Demets. Even with two sites nearby, a flat's worth of furniture still has to come down the stairs and into a vehicle, which is the part we do for you.

Bulky waste collection in Ganshoren

We collect bulky waste in Ganshoren, carrying it out of your home and loading it ourselves. A studio or small flat cleared in full is usually priced between €250 and €900, depending on volume and access. Find out how the collection works.

Ganshoren has no Bruxelles-Propreté Recypark. Residents use Buda, Demets, Humanité or Sud, which are open to the whole region with a limit of 3 m³ per day; Auderghem and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre are not open to them. The commune does have a communal container park that accepts household chemicals from Ganshoren residents, which is useful to know because paint, solvents and other chemicals are among the things we do not take. For furniture, mattresses and appliances, we collect from inside your home at a price agreed before the day.

Bulky waste collection in Ixelles

We collect bulky waste throughout Ixelles, from flats as well as houses, and we carry everything out ourselves. Many Ixelles flats sit up narrow staircases, so mention the floor and any lift in the building when you send photos. You get one fixed price from your photos, and it covers lifting, transport and disposal. Compare the price levels for Ixelles.

Ixelles has no Recypark inside the commune, but it is one of the four communes whose residents may use Recypark Auderghem on Chaussée de Wavre, together with Auderghem, Etterbeek and Watermael-Boitsfort. The limit there is 2 m³ per day, for private individuals only, and entry is refused above it. For loads between 2 and 3 m³, Buda, Demets, Humanité and Sud are open to Ixelles residents too. Clearing a rented flat at the end of a lease is one of the most common reasons to book a collection; our page on moving out of Brussels covers that case.

Bulky waste collection in Jette

We collect bulky waste in Jette, from a cellar to a whole house, cleared by our crew. The price is fixed from photos before the job and includes the crew, the truck and the disposal fees. See how a collection in Jette works.

Jette has no Recypark of its own, so residents use Recypark Buda, Demets, Humanité or Sud, all open to the whole region. Recypark Auderghem and Recypark Woluwe-Saint-Pierre are closed to Jette residents. Fridges, washing machines and other large appliances come out of almost every clearance, and they go to registered electrical recycling as part of the price. When a family home in Jette has to be emptied after a death or a move into care, see estate clearance in Brussels.

Bulky waste collection in Koekelberg

We collect bulky waste in Koekelberg, carrying furniture and appliances out of your home. You send photos, get a fixed price, and a two-person crew comes at the agreed time. See what a collection in Koekelberg costs.

Koekelberg has no Recypark of its own. Its residents use one of the four regional Recyparks open to everyone, Buda, Demets, Humanité or Sud, each with a limit of 3 m³ per day. The commune is strict about dumping: leaving waste in the street can bring an administrative fine of up to €500, plus the cost of restoring the public space. Agents search dumped waste to identify who left it. Having items collected from inside your home keeps them off the street entirely.

Bulky waste collection in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean

We collect bulky waste across Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, from a cellar to the contents of a house, and we carry it out ourselves. The price is agreed from your photos before we come, and weekdays cost less than weekends. Read how a collection in Molenbeek works.

Molenbeek-Saint-Jean has no Recypark of its own, but Recypark Demets sits just across the canal on Quai Fernand Demets in Anderlecht. It is open to all Brussels residents from Tuesday to Saturday. Buda, Humanité and Sud are open to Molenbeek residents too, with 3 m³ per day; Auderghem and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre are not. With a collection, the crew takes the wardrobes, beds and boxes down the stairs and into the truck for you.

Bulky waste collection in Saint-Gilles

We collect bulky waste in Saint-Gilles, from flats and houses alike, carrying items out and loading them ourselves. A small clear-out, such as a cellar or a room's worth of furniture, is usually priced between €250 and €600. See every price level.

Saint-Gilles has no Recypark of its own. Residents can use Recypark Buda, Demets, Humanité or Sud: Humanité and Sud are in neighbouring Forest, and Demets is in neighbouring Anderlecht. Recypark Auderghem and Recypark Woluwe-Saint-Pierre are reserved for other communes. At the four regional sites the limit is 3 m³ per day, and a flat fee of €121 applies above it. If you would rather not hire a van or carry heavy pieces down the stairs yourself, we take everything from inside your home.

Bulky waste collection in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode

We collect bulky waste in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, carrying furniture, appliances and household clutter out of your home. One fixed price covers the crew, the truck and the disposal, and it is never an hourly rate. Find out how to book a collection.

Saint-Josse-ten-Noode has no Bruxelles-Propreté Recypark. Residents use Buda, Demets, Humanité or Sud, which are open to everyone in the region with a limit of 3 m³ per day; Auderghem and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre are restricted to other communes. The commune has a communal container park that accepts household chemicals from Saint-Josse residents, a useful address since we do not take paint, solvents or other chemicals. For everything bulky, the simplest route is a collection from inside your home at a price agreed in advance.

Bulky waste collection in Schaerbeek

We collect bulky waste across Schaerbeek, from cellar and attic clearances to full house clearances, and the crew carries everything out. You send photos, the price is fixed before the job, and a two-person crew with a box truck comes at the agreed time. For a whole home, see house clearance in Brussels.

None of Bruxelles-Propreté's six Recyparks is in Schaerbeek. Residents use Buda, Demets, Humanité or Sud, all open to the whole region with a limit of 3 m³ per day. Recypark Auderghem and Recypark Woluwe-Saint-Pierre are closed to Schaerbeek residents. An apartment or terraced house cleared in full is usually priced between €800 and €1,550.

Bulky waste collection in Uccle

We collect bulky waste anywhere in Uccle, from a flat to a large family house with an attic, a cellar and a garage. The crew carries everything out, and when the house is being emptied after a death or a move into care, estate clearance in Brussels explains how we work. A large family house cleared in full is usually priced between €1,500 and €2,500.

Uccle has no Recypark of its own. The nearest regional sites are Recypark Humanité and Recypark Sud in neighbouring Forest, on the same crossroads; Buda and Demets are also open to Uccle residents. Recypark Auderghem is not: it only admits residents of Auderghem, Ixelles, Etterbeek and Watermael-Boitsfort, and Recypark Woluwe-Saint-Pierre only admits the two Woluwes. Each regional site takes 3 m³ per day, a fraction of what a house clearance produces.

Bulky waste collection in Watermael-Boitsfort

We collect bulky waste in Watermael-Boitsfort, carrying furniture, appliances and household contents out of your home. The price is fixed from photos before we come and includes the sorting and the disposal or recycling fees. Read how to book a collection.

Watermael-Boitsfort residents may use Recypark Auderghem on Chaussée de Wavre, as one of only four communes with access, together with Auderghem, Ixelles and Etterbeek. The limit there is 2 m³ per day, only private individuals are admitted, and treated wood is refused. Buda, Demets, Humanité and Sud are open to Watermael-Boitsfort residents as well, with 3 m³ per day; Recypark Woluwe-Saint-Pierre is not.

Bulky waste collection in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert

We collect bulky waste in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, from a cellar or an attic to a full apartment, carried out by our crew. You get a fixed price from your photos, and nothing is added on the day. See the price levels for Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.

Woluwe-Saint-Lambert residents may use Recypark Woluwe-Saint-Pierre at Val des Seigneurs 146, as one of only two communes with access. It admits private individuals only, with a limit of 2 m³ per day, and it is closed every Sunday and Monday and on all public holidays. Treated wood is refused there. Buda, Demets, Humanité and Sud remain open to Woluwe-Saint-Lambert residents too, while Recypark Auderghem does not admit them. When the Recypark is closed or the load is too big for a car, we collect from inside your home on an agreed day.

Bulky waste collection in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre

We collect bulky waste across Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, from a garage or attic to the contents of a family house, and the crew carries everything out of the house. Read how our collection works, from your photos to the agreed time.

The commune's own Recypark Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, at Val des Seigneurs 146, is shared only with Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. It opens from Tuesday to Saturday, and its quietest times are Wednesday from 15:00 and all day Thursday. Its limit is 2 m³ per day, entry is refused above that, and treated wood is not accepted. Residents may also use Buda, Demets, Humanité and Sud, with 3 m³ per day. A full house clearance far exceeds those limits; our house clearance service explains how a whole home is priced and cleared.

What we collect in Brussels communes, and what we don't

We take on clearances in every commune, from a room's worth of contents or a cellar up to a whole house. That covers furniture such as sofas, armchairs, beds, mattresses, wardrobes, tables, desks and bookcases; appliances such as fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, ovens and TVs; household contents like boxes, clothes, toys, kitchenware, books and bikes; and office furniture and IT.

We do not take garden or green waste, construction and renovation debris (rubble, plasterboard, tiles), asbestos, hazardous chemicals, paint in quantity, solvents and fuels, gas bottles, large volumes of tyres or clinical waste. For cellars, lofts and lock-ups, see garage, attic and cellar clearance in Brussels; for business premises, see office clearance in Brussels.

How to book a bulky waste collection in your Brussels commune

Booking takes a few photos and one message, whichever commune you live in, and the conversation is in English.

  • Send photos of each room or space to be cleared, with your commune and floor.
  • Get a fixed price for the whole job, set from the photos.
  • Agree a time; weekdays cost less than weekends.
  • Collection: a two-person crew carries everything out and loads the box truck. Nothing is dumped illegally.

No. The price depends on volume, the state of the property, access (the floor, whether large pieces need a lift, distance to parking) and the share of reusable items, not on the commune. Clearances start at €250 for a cellar, attic or garage, and weekdays cost less than weekends.

Which Recypark can I use if I live in Ixelles?
